The Introduction

Within the framework of the “Economic Observer” project of the Research Unit of the Arab Economic Forum, through which the most recent quarterly policy papers are published in terms of data on the Palestinian economy in Israel, the Arab Economic Forum obtains official data from the Central Bureau of Statistics on the labor market in the Arab community. It analyzes and publishes it periodically. These data are the most up-to-date and are only published by professional institutions.

In this paper, we address the issue of employment in the Arab community, especially in light of the Corona crisis in the period: Q42019-Q42020, which is the most sensitive issue and needs direct intervention.
