Its mission includes researching the unique economic characteristics of the Arab community, identifying obstacles to its development, and highlighting its advantages and strengths. The Forum provides a professional and research umbrella for Arab researchers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs. Among its initiatives is the Arab Businessmen Club, which comprises more than 150 prominent business leaders and public opinion influencers from the Arab community.<\/p>\n<p>It has come to our attention that on May 18, 2021, the concerned employee was dismissed, allegedly due to their absence from work, coinciding with the general strike declared by the Supreme Monitoring Committee for Arab Affairs. This dismissal was reportedly executed without any prior hearing or adherence to due process.<\/p>\n<p>We wish to inform you that dismissal on such grounds may not withstand judicial scrutiny as a legitimate business-related termination. Instead, it raises suspicions of unlawful dismissal based on discrimination and\/or disproportionate action, particularly in light of the constitutional right to freedom of expression.<\/p>\n<p>This issue is further exacerbated by the apparent failure to comply with the legally mandated procedures for dismissal, including the obligation to conduct a fair and thorough hearing before making such a decision.
